Platform

PregOS

The platform under every Saharvi product. It's built to understand a woman's health across her whole life, read the medical paperwork she collects, and explain it using medicine written for India.

What's in the platform

Each part is shared by every product built on PregOS.

  • record

    Health record

One record per woman for lab reports, scans, prescriptions, appointments, readings such as weight and blood pressure, and the questions she wants to ask. New entries are read alongside the old ones, so a report added in month eight is compared with the one from month four.

  • documents

    Document reading

Reads lab reports, ultrasound reports and prescriptions from a phone photo. It files them by date, lists each test and medicine, and fills in a value only when it can read it clearly.

  • knowledge

    Clinical knowledge

A library of clinical notes that follow Indian guidance first, reviewed by practising doctors. Answers show which note they came from. When no note covers a question, the product says so and suggests asking a doctor.

  • privacy

    Consent and privacy

The woman chooses what is shared and with whom, every time. Our own apps keep the record on her phone and need no account. We don't sell data or show ads.

What runs on PregOS

Every product we launch builds on the last, so each one makes the next more useful.

Our first product. It follows a pregnancy from planning through the baby's first year. lunelle.health

  • next

Perimenopause and the decades after it.

    Building with others

Hospitals, labs and health programmes can offer products built on PregOS under their own name. Talk to us. Makers of rings and wristbands can build a device for it: see the partner page.

Clinical safety

  • It never diagnoses a condition or says what a result means for a particular woman.
  • It never prescribes or suggests changing a prescription.
  • It never fills in a number it couldn't read clearly.
  • It describes changes between reports without calling them better or worse.
  • It tells the user to contact her doctor when she mentions a warning sign.

Data and privacy

  • Sharing happens only with the woman's consent, and she picks what goes.
  • Saharvi's own apps store the record on the phone, with no sign-up.
  • Data from phone health apps is read only if she turns it on.
  • No ads, no data sales, and no profiling.
