Supplier information notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you enter in the PregOS wearable partner form. It applies only to that form.
Who we are
The form is run by Saharvi FemTech Private Limited, India, which develops PregOS and Lunelle. You can reach us at info@saharvi.com.
What we collect
The business contact details, and the product, technical and commercial answers, that you type into the form. We do not ask for personal health information, and you should not send any.
Technical data
To stop automated spam we keep a keyed one-way hash of your network address for two days. We do not store the address itself. The form sets one security cookie, which expires within a day. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on these pages.
Why we use it
To evaluate potential wearable suppliers, and to contact you about samples, documentation or next steps. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept, and who can see it
In a database on the server that hosts saharvi.com, which is not publicly reachable. Only members of the PregOS team at Saharvi who sign in to our internal review system can see submissions. Submissions are not sent to third-party form or marketing services.
How long we keep it
Each submission is deleted automatically 24 months after we receive it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent, email info@saharvi.com and quote your reference number. Ticking the consent box is voluntary, but we cannot accept the form without it.
